Island Wood Residence is a restrained retreat set within a wooded landscape, shaped by clarity of form and material restraint. Solid volumes and carefully placed openings balance openness and privacy, allowing light and views to filter inward while maintaining a strong sense of enclosure.
Wood, glass, and concrete are composed with precision, grounding the home in its setting and reinforcing a calm, tactile interior experience. Framed views of trees and sky make the surrounding landscape an integral part of daily life, defining a residence that is quiet, grounded, and enduring.
