- About
This masterplan for Circuit of the Americas in Austin proposes a phased development that transforms the racetrack into a year-round residential, hospitality, and automotive destination. Phase 1, Forza-1 Casitas, introduces a collection of four-story townhouses designed as private trackside residences, each organized around garage levels, living spaces, and elevated decks with direct views toward the circuit. Phase 2, the Forza-1 Tower, establishes a vertical anchor for the site, rising sixteen stories and consolidating shared amenities such as dining, lounges, a pool deck, and rooftop venues that overlook the track and surrounding landscape.
Central to the vision is the Forza Elite Car Club, conceived as a members-only automotive clubhouse that blends storage, display, and social spaces into a single vertical experience. Organized around a glass car elevator, the building layers car galleries, private garages, wellness amenities, dining, and observation decks, culminating in a rooftop bar with panoramic race views. Subsequent phases extend the district with additional townhouse clusters and residential towers, reinforcing a coherent trackside community that merges motorsport culture, luxury living, and hospitality within the evolving fabric of Circuit of the Americas.
