  • About
  • Ethan’s View is a residential community that pairs the tranquility of the Texas Hill Country with an architecture of understated sophistication. Positioned along the edge of the Balcones Canyonlands Preserve, the design orients every residence toward sweeping views of the Highland Lakes and the rolling hills beyond.

The buildings are composed with a quiet sense of order and material honesty. Concrete and steel lend structure and permanence, while stone and wood introduce warmth and tactility. Expansive glass openings frame the landscape, bringing the calm presence of nature into daily life and defining a refined balance between shelter and openness.

Ethan’s View serves as the residential counterpart to the Backyard master plan, extending the campus beyond work and infrastructure into a more contemplative mode of living. Oriented toward protected Hill Country vistas, the project anchors the campus with a sense of retreat, completing a cohesive environment where dwelling, landscape, and daily life are fully integrated.
