- About
This upcoming hotel in East Austin is conceived as a contemporary urban retreat shaped by light, craft, and a strong sense of place. The building is wrapped in a layered screen that filters sun and views while giving the façade depth and texture. This outer veil moderates scale along the street and allows the hotel to feel both solid and permeable, engaging the neighborhood without dominating it.
Inside, warmth and intimacy guide the experience. A ground-level restaurant anchors the hotel as a social destination, opening to the street and creating a natural point of gathering for guests and locals alike. Above, guest rooms and baths are designed as restorative spaces, defined by wood-lined surfaces, stone textures, and generous glazing. Together, the architecture and interiors create a hotel that reflects East Austin’s evolving character while offering a calm and considered place of retreat.
